Construction Material Testing

Construction material testing is the foundation of quality assurance in any building or infrastructure project. Every load of concrete, batch of cement, consignment of steel reinforcement, and stockpile of aggregate must meet the standards specified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) before it can be accepted for use on site. For project owners, contractors, and supervising engineers, material test certificates are the documented proof that the structure being built will perform as designed.

NKMPV provides 13 specialised construction material tests covering the full range of materials used in Indian construction — from concrete cube and core testing per IS 516 and cement testing (OPC & PPC) per IS 4031, to aggregate testing per IS 2386 and bitumen testing per IS 1203/1205. We also offer complete concrete mix design per IS 10262 and bituminous mix design for road construction.

All tests are performed at our NABL-accredited laboratory in Pinjore, Haryana, with results accepted by NHAI, state PWDs, CPWD, and private developers across 10 states including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and more. Our equipment is NABL-calibrated, and every test certificate carries our accreditation mark — giving your project the documentation it needs for quality audits and regulatory compliance.
