NABL TC-14144 — Report Formats

Sample NABL Test Reports — What You Receive From NKMPV

Every NKMPV deliverable carries NABL accreditation under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (TC-14144). Below is the standard structure of our reports for each priority service. Anonymized sample reports are available on request — specify the service when you contact us.

Procurement teams, DPR consultants and project engineers regularly ask for a sample report before commissioning a new test programme — partly to verify the deliverable structure, partly to confirm acceptance by their target accepting agency (NHAI, BRO, state PWD, BoT operator). This page describes the structure of our reports for each priority service so reviewers can confirm fit before requesting an anonymized sample. Reports are issued in NABL-accredited form (NKMPV TC-14144, ISO/IEC 17025:2017) with all underlying calibration certificates attached as appendices.

Anonymized sample reports remove project-identifying data (client name, location, chainage range) while preserving the full structural and methodological content. Custom-format samples can be prepared for specific client templates or tender-prescribed report structures — mention the requirement when requesting.
