Highway projects require a unique combination of testing, survey, and design services that go beyond conventional material testing. From determining the pavement crust thickness before construction begins to evaluating riding quality after the road is built, every stage of a highway's lifecycle demands specialised expertise and equipment.

NKMPV provides 10 highway and specialised services spanning the full project lifecycle. Before construction, we offer flexible pavement design per IRC 37 and rigid pavement design per IRC 58, using CBR data and traffic survey (ATCC) inputs to determine optimal layer thicknesses. During construction, our axle load testing verifies design traffic assumptions. After construction, we measure riding quality using bump integrator roughness testing and verify road furniture compliance with signboard and road marking retroreflectivity tests.

We also offer DGPS survey for precise road alignment and topographic mapping, road safety audits per IRC SP 88 for independent safety assessment, and runway pavement evaluation for airports. These services are available across 10 states including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and more for NHAI, state PWD, and private concessionaires.
