1. Services

NKMPV provides NABL-accredited construction material testing, geotechnical testing, non-destructive testing, and highway engineering services per relevant Indian Standards.

2. Test Reports

Reports are issued based on samples provided. NKMPV is responsible for testing accuracy. The interpretation of results for design decisions remains the client engineer's responsibility.

3. Confidentiality

All test results, project details, and client information are confidential. Reports are shared only with authorized parties.

4. Payment

Payment terms are per the quotation. Standard turnaround is 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of testing services provided. NKMPV is not liable for consequential or indirect damages from use of test results.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panchkula, Haryana.
