NSV Survey — Leh

Project Overview

A Network Survey Vehicle (NSV) survey was successfully completed on the project road in Leh, Ladakh. The NSV is a high-speed, non-contact pavement condition measurement system that collects comprehensive road surface data including roughness (IRI), rutting, cracking, texture, and GPS-referenced video of the road corridor — all in a single pass without disrupting traffic. The survey was conducted post-construction to assess the overall pavement condition and surface quality. The collected data is being used to establish a baseline condition inventory and will support future pavement maintenance planning and management under the applicable road authority.
