NABL-Accredited Testing and Survey, Anywhere in India

NKMPV Research and Development LLP is accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under certificate TC-14144. Our laboratory is at Pinjore, Haryana — but our service area is the country. Field teams mobilise to site nationwide, and samples can be couriered in from anywhere.

How It Works

Two Ways to Work With Us From Anywhere

Distance changes the logistics, not the accreditation. Whichever route applies, the report is issued under NABL scope TC-14144.

1. Our field team comes to you

Field work — traffic and axle load surveys, NSV pavement condition runs, FWD deflection testing, DGPS and topographic survey, bridge load testing, in-situ density and core cutting, rebound hammer and UPV assessment — is carried out by our own engineers with our own calibrated instruments, wherever the project is.

We mobilise to greenfield alignments and remote corridors as a matter of routine, including sites without mains power, using solar-backed unattended survey stations. Mobilisation cost depends on distance and is stated in the quotation up front.

2. You courier samples to the lab

For laboratory testing — soil, concrete cubes and cores, cement, aggregate, bitumen, bricks, paver blocks, steel — send the samples to our Pinjore laboratory. You receive the digital report on completion and the signed hard copy by post.

This is how most of our out-of-region clients work with us. Sampling quantity and packing matter: under-sampling or a sample that dries out in transit will invalidate the result, so we send written sampling instructions with every quotation rather than leaving it to chance.

Our home state. The Pinjore laboratory sits in Panchkula district, giving same-day reach across northern Haryana and next-day reach state-wide.

Hill-road and slope work where site access, not distance, is the binding constraint. Our field teams are equipped for it.

Accreditation

Why NABL Scope Matters More Than Distance

Clients often start by looking for a lab that is physically close. In practice proximity matters far less than scope. A nearby laboratory that is not accredited for the specific test you need, or whose accreditation has lapsed, produces a report that NHAI, MoRTH, a state PWD, a lender's engineer or an arbitration tribunal can refuse — usually at bill stage, when the work is already done and the money is already spent.

NKMPV holds NABL certificate TC-14144 against ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and the scope is verifiable independently on the NABL India portal. Before you appoint any laboratory — ours or anyone else's — ask for the certificate number and check that the specific test you need appears in the accredited scope. It takes two minutes and it is the single most useful piece of due diligence in this industry.
