Mrs. Poonam Mehta is the Chief Executive Officer of NKMPV Research and Development LLP, bringing over 6 years of cross-functional experience in administration, quality assurance, and technical operations. She provides strategic leadership across office management, compliance, and quality control, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment throughout the organization.

She holds a Master’s Degree (MA) from Kurukshetra University, completed in 2012, and is recognized for her disciplined work ethic, analytical mindset, and execution-focused leadership style.

In March 2022, she successfully completed a 4-day intensive training program on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (March 28–31) from NITTTR Chandigarh (National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research), Sector-26, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh—strengthening her expertise in laboratory quality systems and accreditation standards.

Her professional background includes:

  • Three years of service with Saksham (Government of Haryana)

  • Six months with VITA Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd., focused on survey operations

  • One year working in the DSP Office

  • Field and administrative roles in Tehsil Kalka, including Water Supply Development and the Agriculture Department

Mrs. Mehta possesses extensive technical proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and hands-on experience in construction material and highway testing, including:

  • Testing of building and highway construction materials

  • Road riding quality assessment using Automatic Road Unevenness Recorder (ARUR) / Rough Meter

  • Axle load testing

  • Laboratory testing of bitumen, bricks, soil (CBR, MDD/OMC, Atterberg limits), grain size analysis, cement, paver blocks, coarse and fine aggregates

  • Concrete cube testing

  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

  • Density evaluation of flexible and rigid pavements using the core cutting method

Currently, she oversees end-to-end office administration, quality assurance systems, and operational governance at NKMPV Research and Development LLP, playing a critical role in maintaining technical integrity, compliance standards, and organizational performance.
