Industry Vertical — Real Estate
High-Rise Commercial & Real Estate Construction Testing
NABL-accredited concrete and structural testing for commercial high-rises, residential towers, and major real-estate developments. Cyber City scale RMC QA, NCR-realty structural NDT, RERA handover-acceptance reports. NABL TC-14144 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017).
High-rise commercial construction is the volume-test vertical: a single Cyber City tower can require 8,000-15,000 cube samples across the construction cycle, plus structural NDT validation at critical stages (column-load transfer, slab post-tensioning, facade-anchor pull-out testing). At RERA / GMDA / FMDA handover, the developer must produce a complete batch-acceptance dossier per IS 456 Cl. 16 with NABL-traceable measurement chain.
NKMPV operates a developer-grade workflow: same-day cube collection from Gurugram / Faridabad / NCR RMC plants, dedicated project-tracking sample IDs, weekly batch-acceptance reports, and on-site rebound hammer / UPV / half-cell-potential testing during structural milestones. Reports format aligns with major developers’ QA submission templates — DLF, M3M, Embassy, Tata Realty — reducing handoff friction at handover audit.

High-Rise Construction Test Workflow
From foundation pour to facade anchor — tests required across the high-rise construction cycle.
Cube & Core Compressive Strength
IS 516 cube testing for daily RMC QA. Volume-tested workflow handles 50-200 cubes/week per active high-rise project. Statistical batch acceptance per IS 456 Cl. 16 documented in weekly summary.
View test details → NDT — ConcreteRebound Hammer (IS 13311 Pt 2)
In-situ rebound hammer testing for column / shear-wall verification when cube results are challenged or batches are missing. Mandatory at structural-milestone audits in major developer protocols.
View test details → NDT — ConcreteUPV (IS 13311 Pt 1)
Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity for in-situ concrete uniformity assessment. Critical for transfer columns, post-tensioned slabs, and structural elements where cube tests alone cannot detect internal voids / honeycomb.
View test details → AggregateAggregate Testing (IS 2386)
Aggregate testing for high-grade RMC mix — sieve analysis, crushing value, impact value, water absorption, alkali-silica reactivity (ASR). Required for M40+ commercial pours.
View test details → CementCement OPC / PPC Testing (IS 4031)
Pre-supply cement verification per IS 4031, IS 8112 (OPC 43), IS 12269 (OPC 53), IS 1489 (PPC). Project-wide RMC consistency assurance via batch-level cement testing.
View test details → SteelSteel Reinforcement Testing (IS 1786)
Tensile, bend, rebend testing per IS 1786 for Fe500D / Fe550 / Fe600 reinforcement supplied to high-rise projects. Structural steel testing per IS 2062 for steel framing components.
View test details → Concrete — Mix DesignConcrete Mix Design
Concrete mix design for M40, M45, M50, M60, M70, M80 grades. Self-compacting concrete (SCC) mix design for transfer columns and post-tensioned slabs. Trial-mix verification per IS 10262 / IS 456.
View test details → SurveyPre-Construction Topographic Survey
Site topographic survey for high-rise project DPR submission, layout-plan approval (RERA / GMDA / FMDA), drainage / grading design, and FAR computation.

RMC QA + Structural NDT for Developer Handover
The pain at handover is paperwork — not testing capability. Major developers (DLF, M3M, Embassy, Tata Realty, Hines) need audit-ready batch-acceptance dossiers structured per their internal QA templates. NKMPV reports specifically address this:
- NABL TC-14144 certificate appendix on every report
- Equipment calibration certificates (compression machine, rebound hammer, UPV transducer) referenced in methodology
- Statistical batch acceptance per IS 456 Cl. 16 (sample size, mean, standard deviation, characteristic strength)
- Weekly project-summary reports with cube-acceptance status per pour
- Sample chain-of-custody from RMC plant to lab to report
- Code clause references against IS 456 / IS 516 / IS 1199 / IS 13311 / IS 1786 / IS 2386
- RERA-handover-ready audit dossier with full test history
For Gurugram / Faridabad project mobilisation, our crew schedules cube collection routes daily across active project sites. Cubes are transported to our Pinjore lab in temperature-controlled transit per IS 1199 specifications. Reports issued in 7 days (28-day cube cycle accounted).
